Model Release Agreement
I, the client, grant austava LLC and its legal representatives the irrevocable right to use photographs taken during my session for:
Portfolio display
Website and social media
Marketing and promotional materials
I understand that:
Images may be edited and used without further approval
No compensation will be provided for use of these images
My identity may or may not be disclosed
If I prefer my images NOT be used, I will submit a written request prior to the session.
I release Austava LLC from any claims, demands, or liabilities related to the use of these images.
By booking a session, I acknowledge and agree to this release.

Welcome to Austava LLC. By booking a session or using this website, you agree to the following terms:
Booking and Payment
A session is not confirmed until payment or deposit is received.
All payments are non refundable unless otherwise stated.
Remaining balances must be paid before or on the day of the session.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule with at least 24 to 48 hours notice.
Last minute cancellations may result in loss of deposit.
No shows will not be refunded.
Austava LLC reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
Late Arrivals
Sessions begin at the scheduled time.
Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.
If more than 15 minutes late, the session may be canceled without refund.
Delivery of Images
Turnaround time is from two to 14 days.
Images are delivered digitally.
RAW files are not provided.
Image Selection and Editing
Photographer selects final edited images unless otherwise stated.
Additional edits or images may be purchased.
Editing style is consistent with portfolio.
Usage Rights
Clients receive personal use rights only.
Images may not be sold, altered, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Photographer Rights
Austava LLC retains full copyright of all images.
Images may be used for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing unless the client requests privacy in writing before the session.
Liability
Photographer is not responsible for weather conditions, uncooperative subjects, or missed shots due to interference.
In the unlikely event of equipment failure or loss of images, liability is limited to a refund of payments made.
Client Responsibility
Clients agree to arrive on time, communicate expectations clearly, and ensure all participants are ready.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of the state of FLorida.
